To implement the safety production of ‘a(chǎn) dual-duty on one post of responsibility’ and to further promote safe production activities and to inspect results, on 22nd, June, GM Xia Dechuan, and party secretary Song Yunfeng led the company team including people from trade unions, investment and operation, administration and other relevant units to Zhongshan East Road No. 301, Xingang Panda EMS Park and Panda Equipment Park to carry out safety inspection and safety hazard investigation and to take some remedies.

On the site of Panda New HQ, first they have inspected the electromechanical integration of IT System Company, and the installation project department, listened and reviewed the relevant persons in charge of safety management and safety check report, meeting minutes and notes. In the Panda HQ building site, the team inspected and checked the first and seventeenth storey building construction site, requiring Panda development offices to further enhance the safety awareness of operators, and to improve safety measures to strengthen safety precautions.

Inspectors also went to the product testing center of Xingang Huage Company, and Special Power Supply Company, the Staff Restaurant, Equipment Park, Electrical and Mechanical Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Manufacturing Company and conducted safety inspections on site. The inspection conducted in a strict, detailed and in-depth way that including improperly wears PPE, unclear marks of channel security identification as well as irregular electricity facilities on site, and requested immediately rectification and measures for emergency exits, fire facilities improvement and put forward opinions and suggestions.

Xia Dechuan attaches great importance to the safety work based on examination on site and repeatedly asked the site safety personnel, to understand various units of publicity and education, risk inspection and daily safety management cycle. He stressed that safety is higher than anything else, and every unit must implement the responsibility system for production safety in a serious manner. First is to ensure a safe investment and use of earmarked funds, to ensure the implementation of safety education, labor protection supplies, production safety and technical measures in place; second is to strengthen the various forms of safety education and training, improve the training mechanism, to make full coverage on the safety education, and to improve employee safety quality; the third is to strictly regulate the operation process, especially the construction site to protect drop, fire prevention and to prevent illegal operations, strengthen and standardize management, and to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents and to prevent any of accidents.

Song Yunfeng pointed out that at the site of the inspection, safety work should be done carefully and pays a great attention to the safety effect. He stressed that the company leaders at all levels should further strengthen a dual-duty responsibility consciousness, and the safety work is related to every enterprise employees, the safety of life and property with the heavy responsibility, must not overlooked; all units should formulate multilevel safety management scheme based on the establishment of sound safety management standard, all grass-roots departments should combine their actual requirements to implement refined standards; and to further strengthen the enterprise safety production system, from the beginning of improving safety responsibility quality, strengthen supervision, implement the safety system; to establish and improve the emergency linkage mechanism, once found signs of the accident, we should timely to dispose and nip in the bud and to build a green safety barrier.
