On the afternoon of April 23rd, party branch of rail transit of Panda Information and the third party branch of Nanjing Metro Construction Co., Ltd. held the launching ceremony in the Panda Equipment Park. The general manager and members of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, the deputy general manager of Panda Electronics and general manager of Panda Information Mr. Guo Qing, the chief engineer and members of the Party committee of Nanjing Metro Construction Co., Ltd. Mr. Pei Shunxin attended the ceremony.
