Recently, Panda delegation including the general manager of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, chief accountant Mr. Shen Jianlong, deputy general manager Mr. Hu Huichun were invited to visit Ericsson in Sweden and attend the 62nd board meeting of Nanjing Ericsson Panda Communications Co.,Ltd.(ENC). They received a warm reception from the new chairman of the Ericsson Group Mr. Ronnie Leten and the global senior vice president of Ericsson and chairman of ENC Mr. Chris Houghton.

In the meeting, Mr. Xia Dechuan introduced the communication between Panda and Ericsson of internet of things in the field of intelligent manufacturing and smart city. The main cooperation areas involve the solutions based on the technology of narrow band cellular internet of things (NB-IoT/4G), and the embedding of Panda existing products and solutions.

Mr. Ronnie Leten said that he was paying great attention to Ericsson's business development and continuous investment plan in China, and he will continuously support the healthy development of ENC.

During the visit, ENC held the 62nd board meeting and confirmed the performance of 2017. They decided to make full dividends of the operating profit of 2017, and put forward specific requirements and prospects for the business indicators of 2018. All the shareholders said they would cooperate with each other to improve the business performance of ENC. The president of Hongkong Yongxing company and honorary director of ENC, Zhang Yongzhen also attended the board meeting.

Accompanied by Mr. Chris Houghton, Mr. Xia Dechuan and the delegation also visited Ericsson's 5G and the Internet of things innovation demonstration room which is built for construction of network society. Besides, they visited Ericsson's new headquarters building, and experienced the Ericsson's driverless vehicle which is connecting the urban traffic. Before leaving, Mr. Xia Dechuan also warmly invited Mr. Ronnie Leten to visit Panda.

This visit further strengthened the connection between Panda and Ericsson, enhanced the friendship between each other, and laid a good foundation for further cooperation and development of ENC.
