In March 10th, Panda Electronics held a meeting of key research projects and report of deputy general engineers in Panda Equipment Park. The company leadership Xia Dechuan, Song Yunfeng, Dong Zhiming, Shen Jianlong, Guo Qing, Hu Huichun, Shao Bo, Yi Guofu and Jiang Hong attended the meeting.

In the morning, the engineers of each company reported the situations of their own and team R&D work, and put forward some research ideas and suggestions combined with the actual company situation. In the afternoon, they reported 15 key projects which need to be developed. They made the report revolved around the feasibility and importance, technology and innovation, market prospects and benefits, implementation of the project and budget.

The general manager Xia Dechuan thanked the researchers for their contribution to the development of the company, and gave full recognition to the actual results achieved by the conference. He said that the meeting will provide information exchange opportunities for each other, which is conducive to resource sharing, project integration and collaborative innovation. He pointed out that the innovation of science and technology is the first motive force of company’s development. We should focus on the smart city, intelligent manufacturing and electronic manufacturing services, enhance the efforts in product research and investment. He required that each company should strengthen the construction of technical talents, enhance the endogenous power and form the innovation cohesion. And the engineers should grasp the trend of technological development, adhere to market-oriented, precise positioning and development direction, play a leading role, cultivating talents, enhance the overall research level, foster the new development energy.

The Secretary of the Panda Electronics Party committee Song Yunfeng required that all the engineers should improve their understanding of technology and market, and ensure that the direction of product is in accordance with the direction of the national development. And they should pay attention on the  key R&D projects, further strengthen team building, enhance professional standards, and improve the technological level and market competitiveness of products.

The attendees also put forward opinions and suggestions on talent development, project resource integration, incentive mechanism and investment in R&D.
