On the morning of March 6th, Panda Electronics held the meeting for the launching of lean management in Panda Equipment Park. The general manager Xia Dechuan, deputy general manager Guo Qing and Shao Bo attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Xia Dechuan gave a brief introduction to the experience of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.. He analyzed and emphasized the internal demand to strengthen the lean managemen, and he put forward the requirements. Xia Dechuan pointed out that the implementation of lean management is one of the key tasks this year, and its fundamental purpose is to improve quality and efficiency. He required that we should concentrate the good ideas, reduce the waste, improve the working efficiency, and improve the efficiency of fund utilization.

Shao Bo pointed out in his speech that we must improve the production efficiency through comparing with advanced companies and strengthening the lean management. We should take the lean management as a strategic work, establish the philosophy of lean management. And we should take the implementation of the new ERP system as the breakthrough point, straighten out every link in the production and operation management, and achieve the goal of increasing quality and efficiency.

Besides, the deputy general manager of Panda Manufacturing Xu Guozhong and the Operation and Management Department introduced some experience and detailed tasks of lean management.
