On the afternoon of September 26, Panda Electronics held the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 at the Panda Equipment Park. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Mr. Xia Dechuan. The meeting deliberated and passed the proposal on modifying some articles of the Articles of Association, and authorized the management of the company to deal with the specific matters of modifying some articles of the Articles of Association; This amendment to some articles of the Articles of Association is intended to implement the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and the three-year action requirements for the reform of state-owned enterprises, and in combination with the actual situation of the company. The General Manager Mr. Hu Huichun was elected as the executive director of the 10th Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting. The tenure was synchronized with that of the 10th Board of Directors and took effect when the resolution was passed at the shareholders' meeting.
