On June 27th, the twenty-second Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair opened at Shanghai New International Exhibition Center, equipped with latest Panda developed the third generation of PANDA robot technology and products exhibited with a grand debut which highlights the potential for Panda robot development.
Deputy general manager of Panda Electronics Co, Ltd and the GM of Panda Equipment, Mr. Liu Kun at the exhibition site and he pointed out that Panda industrial robot is based in China’s industrial robot market and has made a great development, thanks to the improving of the comprehensive strength which we found out a set of sound integration with marketing, system output, model innovation, image building and value-added services as one of the blue ocean strategy development routes. Panda Equipment has made unremitting effort in the output set of modern industrial robot manufacturing, system integration and system of modern service industry.
The exhibition, the most eye-catching is PANDA’s third generation robot technology, products and systems integration workstations, which including 1.4m/6kg welding robot and 1.8m/20kg universal industrial robots and other new products. All hardware and software of robot controllers are developed in-house and realized the controller to control the position and trajectory of high precision, at the same time, through a spherical path algorithm, achieved a high-speed path based on vertical multi joint robot functions; the three segment S-curve movement mode and created to achieve a high-speed through multi joint robot actions.
In addition to the smoothness features, the robot controller is also in modular functions. The third generation PANDA robot products can be widely applied in parts welding, cutting and other processing areas, as well as parts assembly and material handling and other range of applications.
During the exhibition, the organizing committee made a public appraisal and selected the outstanding exhibitors, and Panda Equipment won the title of "Best Exhibitor", which has been widely recognized by the industry.
